Teilnehmer: 1. Semester MACE The course offers a broad overview of Public International Law and current challenges to the international legal system, the rule of law and the foundations of liberal democracy. A focus will be put on the protection of fundamental and human rights in the national, supranational and international multi-level system in the interplay of constitutional law, European law, and international human rights law (see a more detailed list of topics on stud.ip). |
